We source, ship, configure, and install GPS, RFID, and IoT hardware. On-site technicians cover Dar, Mwanza, Arusha, Dodoma, Mbeya, and Zanzibar. National coverage on schedule.
Onboarding & training
Data import, user setup, location tree, RFID tag application, role configuration. English and Swahili training sessions for staff.
Support & SLA
Email, WhatsApp, phone support. Pro tier includes priority response. Enterprise gets dedicated CSM and 4h SLA.
Compliance reports
MoH-grade cold-chain PDFs, retail Z-reports, fleet driver-scoring exports for insurers. Generated automatically per period.
