2Operator creates a booking, assigns a master e-lock + transporter + driver in the dashboard.
3Driver applies the seal at depot. Lock-state goes LOCKED, booking enters IN-TRANSIT.
4Dispatch monitors live on /m/elock/map — corridors, devices, alerts. Cargo client gets read-only portal.
5Arrival: consignee scans, lock-state goes UNLOCKED, booking marked DELIVERED, PDF audit auto-generated.
