Hardware catalog — overview
Trakora supports ~23 device models out of the box, grouped into five families. The full catalog with prices and lead times lives at /hardware; this page gives a quick orientation so you know what to ask for.
1. 4G GPS trackers
- Concox JM-VL01 — workhorse 4G OBD-style tracker. Best for taxis, salesmen cars, fleet starter kits. Internal antenna, 12–24 V.
- Concox GT06N — wired hard-install with relay output (engine cut). Best for owner-operator with anti-theft needs.
- Teltonika FMC650 — premium 4G with CAN-bus, 1-Wire, and BLE. Best for serious fleets needing fuel and driver-ID.
- Teltonika FMB920 — compact 2G fallback unit; useful upcountry.
- Goolab GT200 — battery-powered asset tracker; no wiring; 1–3 month battery.
2. Asset and cold-chain trackers
- Concox AT4 / TR06 — refrigerated container trackers with NTC temperature inputs.
- Trakora Edge — gateway box for 4–20 mA / 0–10 V industrial sensors and dry contacts.
3. RFID readers
- Chainway URA8 / URA4 — 4-port and 8-port fixed UHF gate readers.
- Chainway C66 — handheld UHF + 1D/2D scanner (Android).
- Chainway R6 desktop encoder — for tagging at the back office.
4. BLE temperature probes
- TempTag-T1 — single-channel probe, 12-month battery, IP67.
- TempTag-T2 — dual-channel probe (e.g. fridge + freezer in one unit).
5. E-locks
- Concox GL600 — padlock with GPS, RFID unlock, and tamper alarm. Best for high-value containers.
How to onboard
Every model maps to a protocol and a server port. See the GPS protocol → server port reference article. Onboarding is the same flow for all GPS units: write SMS commands → device dials home → Trakora binds it to your tenant.
