RFID boarding gives each student a card. A tap on entering the bus records a boarding event; a tap on leaving records an alighting event. From those two taps the bus attendance register writes itself and the child's own family gets a scoped alert. The card records a tap — never a photo, and nothing about the child beyond the event.

The school issues a card
Each student is given an RFID card, registered by the school against its own student record under its own consent. Trakora does not collect the child's data.

Tap on to board
The reader on the bus reads the card as the student boards. The platform records a boarding event with the bus, the stop and the time.

The same card is read as the student alights at school or at the drop-off stop, recording an alighting event.

The transport office sees who boarded which bus and when; the child's own family gets a scoped alert on board and off — no other family sees it.
A boarding is an event, not an image
The whole record is two shipped events. That is deliberately all a child-facing system should hold.
On board
Fired when a student's card is read entering the bus. It carries the bus, the stop and the timestamp — enough to build the register and alert the family, and nothing more.
Off the bus
Fired when the card is read on leaving. Pairing boarding with alighting is what tells the office a student got off where they should have, and closes the day's attendance.
What parents see — and what they cannot
The tap is the whole record. There is no image of a child, and each family's view is scoped to their own child alone.

How does RFID student attendance work?
Each student has an RFID card. Tapping on the bus fires a vms.boarding event and tapping off fires vms.alighting. The register is built from those two events — the tap is the record, not a photo.
Does it take a photo of the child?
No. There is no camera in this feature and no image of any child in the system. A boarding is a card tap with a time and a stop — nothing more.

Can other parents see my child's taps?
