Hotel asset tracking has two straightforward tiers in Tanzanian shillings: TZS 180,000 a month for a single property of up to 50 rooms, and TZS 500,000 a month for a multi-property group. Both carry the whole module — key vault, asset register and lost-key alerts — billed on Tanzanian mobile money with a VAT invoice.

Subscribing and renewing, honestly
Payments run on Tanzanian mobile money and card, in TZS. There is one thing worth being clear about up front: renewal.
Scope your property
Tell us your rooms, the keys you manage and the assets you want to register. We come back with a monthly figure in TZS, plus any tags, readers and install, in writing.
Approve the first payment
You get a USSD push on M-Pesa, Airtel Money or Mixx by Yas and enter your PIN, or you pay by card. The charge is in whole TZS, with a VAT invoice.
Tag, register and go live
Keys go into the vault and assets are tagged and bound to their rooms. From there the register, the access log and the alerts are running on your login.
Renew each cycle with a fresh approval
Before the cycle ends you get a renewal reminder and a fresh USSD push to approve. The subscription record lives in Trakora; the payment is a new approval you make each time.
No silent auto-debit on mobile money
Tanzanian mobile money requires you to approve every charge with your PIN, so there is no card-on-file that quietly debits you each month. Trakora reminds you and pushes a fresh approval instead. Card payment may support saved tokens for true auto-renew — that is confirmed per account, not assumed here.

No. Hotel asset tracking is a key-and-asset layer, not a PMS or booking engine, and it does not manage reservations, room status or maintenance tickets. It runs alongside your existing PMS, and the price reflects only what the module actually does.
