In 30 minutes you'll have your first device on the map. Follow this checklist top-to-bottom.
Create your account
Sign up at app.trakora.co.tz/register. You'll receive a verification email — click the link inside.
Don't see the email? Check spam, then WhatsApp us at +255 759 702 766.
Pick a plan (or 30-day free trial)
Choose a plan from /pricing. All plans start with 30 days free.
- Solo (TZS 8k/mo) — 1 device. Good for boda owners and individual trackers.
- Starter (TZS 35k/mo) — up to 10 devices. Small fleets, single-location shops, families.
- Business (TZS 150k/mo) — 50 devices, RFID, sensors, multi-branch. Most retailers and 3PLs sit here.
- Pro (TZS 500k/mo) — 250 devices, full API, white-label.

Install your first device
Once your hardware arrives, follow one of these guides depending on what you bought:
Invite your team
Go to Users in the dashboard, click Invite, and add team members with the right role (manager, cashier, driver, dispatcher, security, etc.). They'll receive an email invite with login credentials.

Set your first rule
Go to Rules & Automations. Click New rule. Pick a trigger (e.g. GPS: Geofence exit, Sensor: temperature breach, Scan: gate-out unsold) and an action (push, email, SMS, webhook).
Trakora ships sensible default rules per industry — enable them or customize.

Open the Live Map and watch your fleet move, or your sensors update. From here, dive into the module that matches your business:
